This is because Ardkar Sanat Engineering Company is among those organizations that, in addition to sales, place great importance on engineering services and after-sales support.

The company consistently strives to deliver high-quality products to its customers and never proceeds with a sale unless it is fully confident in the quality of the goods.

Since this company supplies most of the equipment needed by flour factories, these factories can easily obtain all their required items quickly with just a single call.

The goal of this company is to provide products of the highest quality in the shortest possible time.
What Is a Silo?
Although the type and variety of wheat and its inherent characteristics are key factors in determining its quality, since wheat grains are living organisms and continue to respire during storage, a series of enzymatic reactions occur during this respiration process that break down the starch, glucose, protein, and fat within the grain. These reactions affect the quality of the wheat. In addition, many external factors—especially insects, molds, and humidity—pose a threat to the wheat’s durability and quality during storage. Therefore, effective and standardized storage is considered a crucial element in preserving the quality of wheat. Wheat storage facilities are generally divided into two categories: silos and warehouses. The main difference between a silo and a warehouse is that silos are equipped with systems such as weighing, loading and unloading, cleaning, drying and aeration, temperature and humidity control, dust collection, and pest control.

Types of Silos:
Silos are classified into two main types: concrete silos and metal silos.

Metal Silos:
These silos are made of steel or aluminum alloys and consist of several adjoining bins. The height of metal bins is generally less than 20 meters, and their diameter ranges between 10 and 12 meters.

Concrete Silos:
One of the most reliable methods of grain storage is the use of concrete silos, which are composed of several bins. Each bin has an opening at the top, and the floor of the bin can be either flat or conical in shape.
